Boh Bros. worked with CF Industries as part of a $2.1 billion expansion of the Donaldsonville Nitrogen Complex. The Nitrogen Complex sits on 1,400 acres along the Mississippi River in southeastern Louisiana and is one of North America’s largest nitrogen operations. Boh’s piece of the project was driving 12,000 piles, including 14” and 18” pre-stressed concrete piles ranging from 50’ to 137’ long, pipe piles, drilled shafts, timber piles, and sheet piles. At the height of the project, Boh utilized 8 separate piling rigs, 4 of which worked around the clock to ensure the timely completion of the piling. Boh worked the entire year without any major safety incidents.
