For over a century, Boh Bros. has completed construction projects throughout the Gulf Coast region. During that time, we became the premier asphalt paving contractor in the area. We have experience milling and laying asphalt in commercial, industrial, public, and private contexts.
The Astec asphalt plant located on 20+ acres along the New Orleans Industrial Canal with dedicated wharf access for unloading material barges with alternative access to rail. This facility is where we produce our Recycled Asphalt Base Course.
Plant Details:
- Six (6) 200-Ton storage silos, along with four liquid asphalt storage tanks
- Access by road (easy access to I-10), railway, or water (located in the Port of New Orleans)
- Remote ticket printers, credit card readers, signature pads and three sets of scales for quick service
- CMEC Accredited Lab for mixture design, testing, and analysis
